Amsterdam Photo Diary

Amsterdam Photo Diary. Today I want to share my photo’s that I’ve shot a few years a go in Amsterdam. Every pictures I took, has been made in the centre of Amsterdam. This city has stole my heart when I was only six-years-old. It’s a magic-city and in this photo-diary, I hope you see the beauty of the city. Back in 2015 I’ve took my DSRL-Camera to Amsterdam and I just walked trough the city with my camera and took pictures of the city. In today’s post I also want to share some tourist information and what Amsterdam has to offer. I also share how to explore Amsterdam. Because there is so much to explore in the dutch-capital.

Amsterdam Photo Diary.

With this Amsterdam-Photo Diary, I want to share my love and passion for this special-city. Amsterdam has stole my heart when I was only six-years-old. My parents took me to Amsterdam and show me around. I was a little blonde-kid and very shy at the time. But I knew from that moment that I want to discover this city on my own one day. That’s what I did when I took my DSLR-Camera with me back in 2015. I’ve explore the city in my own-way and took pictures from what I think is a beautiful image. With a photo diary I hope you get inspired and pay a visit to this beautiful city. Amsterdam has so much to offer in different ways. You can take your own camera with you and take pictures like I did. But there is so much more to discover.

How to explore Amsterdam.

Before you want to explore to explore Amsterdam it’s important to know how to do that. Because you have many ways to explore Amsterdam. When it comes to a typical dutch-culture-thing. You able to rent a bike in the centre of Amsterdam and explore Amsterdam by Bike. That’s something what I highly recommend if you want to have a real-dutch-experience. The other-way to explore Amsterdam is to buy Metro-Tickets at the central-station of Amsterdam. For only 10 euro’s you have a day-ticket. With that thicket you able to  get everywhere in Amsterdam anytime. But when you want a more healthy and dutch-experience. I highly recommend to explore Amsterdam by Bike. It’s fun and healthy at the same time. I did both when I was in Amsterdam in my early twenties.

What to see.

When you want to see the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. It’s nice to book a canal-boot-trip. The prizes depend’s on how you want to have this experience. But if you want to walk and talk than it’s also fine and you can discover the canals of Amsterdam in your own way. Specially when you want to take pictures it’s the best way to explore in your own-way. The Dam-Square is also a must-visit-place when you are in the dutch-capital. Further it’s nice to see Museum-Square and Vondel-park. These two places are almost next to each-other so it’s easy to explore. If you like to hang-out in parks: Amsterdam has a lot of parks to see.  The following parks a are must-see: Vondel-park, Amstel-park, Westerpark. These three parks are great to see and if you like to go for a picknick during summer, than these places are perfect for that.
